    Is this a free community event?
    Yes, this event is open to the community.
    What time does the concert start and end?
    Concerts are 7-8:30pm
    What time should I arrive to secure a spot on the lawn?
    Every show is different, but we encourage arrival by 5:30-6PM if you want lawn seating. It’s first come, first served, so the earlier the better.
    Where is the best place to sit for the best view of the stage?
    The VIP seating in front of the stage offers the best view of the stage. Seating comes with purchase of a prix fixe dinner at one of our participating restaurants at 5pm. Visit the Dinner & VIP Concert Seating section of this website to see details and make reservations.
    Are chairs allowed at the Jazz Series? Can I bring chairs or blankets?
    You may bring chairs to put on the concrete; no chairs are allowed on the lawn. Blankets are allowed on the lawn.
    Can you explain how reserved restaurant seating works?
    When you make a reservation for the prix fixe seating at 5pm at one of the five participating restaurants, they provide your first initial/last name to City Center staff. Your name will be on a reserved seat in the VIP area. After dinner you will check in with a staff member near the stage who will seat you.
    Will there be a meet-and-greet with the artists before or after the show?
    The artists will do a meet-and-greet after the show.
    Will autographs or photo opportunities be available?
    Yes, the artists will do a meet-and-greet after the show for photos and/or autographs.
    Where can I park? Is parking free?
    Free parking is available at the corner of Sunset and Bishop Drives at 3001 Bishop Drive, which is across the street from the concert stage.
    What should I do if the parking garage is full? Are there alternative parking options nearby?
    In addition to the garage at 3001 Bishop Drive, there is additional surface parking behind the garage, closest to Camino Ramon and Bishop Drive. (The garage has never been full at one of our concerts).
    Can I bring my own food or drinks? What about alcohol?
    We encourage patronage of our restaurants, as they sponsor the concerts. Alcohol will be available for purchase in the Square; NO personal alcohol is allowed per ABC rules. Thank you for adhering to this policy.
    Are coolers allowed?
    Coolers are not allowed in the Square to allow room for everyone.
    Can I bring umbrellas or shade tents?
    Umbrellas and shade tents are not allowed. The Square will be in the shade by the time the concert begins.
    Are pets allowed?
    Pets are allowed at City Center on leash.
    Is there ADA-accessible seating and parking available?
    Yes. There is accessible parking spaces in the parking garage and an ADA seating area on the south side of the stage.
